Within the Life-Sciences corridor in South San Francisco, Healthpeak's campus "The Shore" sits at the center. Using professional actors and its own employees, LightFiction independently developed a short film showcasing the property, highlighting its 270 degree view of the San Francisco Bay. The film depicts a day in the life of an employee who kayaks to work, and her typical experiences of amenities available on campus.
