LightFiction provided marketing strategy for Tarlton Properties and Principal, supporting the launch of 1350 Adams Court, a newly completed ±270,000 square foot purpose-built science and research building within the Menlo Park Labs campus on the Mid-Peninsula. As the project developed, we created web-based 360-degree panoramic tours, an immersive scrolling tour of the building, still renderings, a marketing film, and a comprehensive website, including backend development and the website design itself. Our strategy was guided by the client's goal of creating something sophisticated enough to attract the caliber of tenants the building was built to serve.
